Return requests
Return eligibility and return windows can vary by item. If no shorter item-specific window is disclosed, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and components.
Do not mail a return to our contact address. Returns must be authorized first. We will provide the correct return instructions and destination for the item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 5 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage when applicable. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Non-returnable items
For health, safety, customization, or supplier restrictions, some items may be final sale or non-returnable, including used personal-care items, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items specifically marked final sale. Product-specific restrictions take priority when clearly disclosed.
Return shipping and fees
Return shipping, label costs, or restocking fees may vary by product. Any applicable charge will be disclosed during the return process before the return is finalized. If the return is due to our error or an eligible damaged or defective item, we will work with the fulfillment partner on the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and accepted, or after an approved claim is completed. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Order cancellations
We will try to honor cancellation requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
