Heray Saffron is grown in the highlands of Herat and harvested by hand. Its floral, earthy, and warm aroma brings both golden color and distinctive saffron flavor to rice, sauces, desserts, drinks, and baked recipes.

Bloom Before Adding to Recipes

For fuller color and aroma, soak about 5–7 strands in a tablespoon of warm water or milk for 10–15 minutes before stirring the infusion into the dish.
