Lavender body oil can be used all over the body including the face. I like to infuse lavender into almond oil because it is a light oil and immediately softens the skin. This lavender body oil can also be used on the ends of the hair and a few drops massaged into the scalp.

Bath Oil: add 2-3 teaspoons of lavender herbal oil to the bath water to moisturize the skin, help relieve stress and bring you back into balance and harmony.
