Warm or Cold

For warm use, heat the eye pillow for no more than about 30 seconds total. Heat the neck wrap in 30-second increments for up to about 90 seconds total, monitoring it during heating. Always test the temperature before skin contact.

Cold Use

Store either piece in the freezer until needed. The two different shapes make it easy to choose focused coverage around the eyes or a longer wrap across the neck and shoulders.
