Modern Folding Wood Bench

Modern Folding Wood Bench

$399.00

A handmade hard-maple bench that provides real seating and then folds down to about 4.5 inches high for storage. Traditional woodworking joinery replaces exposed screws and nails, giving the bench a clean furniture-like look whether it is used in an entryway, bedroom or flexible small space.

About This Product
Best For
Fold-away seating for entryways, bedrooms, dressing areas and flexible small spaces
Key Benefits
  • Folds to about 4.5 in high for storage
  • Solid hard-maple construction
  • Traditional joinery without exposed screws or nails
  • 30 × 18 × 17 in open footprint
  • FSC-certified hardwood
Why It Works
The folding mechanism lets this behave like real furniture when you need a seat without forcing you to permanently dedicate the floor space to a bench. Once folded to about 4.5 inches high, it can tuck into storage far more easily than a fixed hardwood bench, while the traditional joinery keeps the open form visually clean.
